A deposit in the amount of
$300.00 per cottage, per week, plus $50.00 per boat rental is required to
confirm all reservations. You do not have a reservation unless your deposit has
been received by us. We reserve the right to substitute accommodations and
equipment, should the need arise, due to circumstances beyond our control.
PLEASE NOTE: Cottage & Boat
deposits are NONREFUNDABLE.Due to our small size, all cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation leaves little chance to fill the space. For this reason, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. regretfully, NO EXCEPTIONS! Cancellations recieved within 7 days of arrival date or "No Shows" will be held liable for 100% of total value of reservation, inclusive of cottage accommodation and boat and motor rentals.

otherwise, must register at office. All facilities are for the exclusive
use of registered guests only.
Daytime charge - $5.00 per day

Overnight charge - $20.00 per night (any age)

Check-in and out times are
enforced. Be prepared to wait if you arrive early. Late check-out charges apply
on departure after 9:00 AM - $25.00 per hour, or part of.
